Vetements by Demna Gvasalia shot to fame as the "fashion disruptor". Similar to fellow designer Virgil Abloh of Off-White, Vetements created a cult-like following for their deconstruction and unorthodox fashion. Dramatic layering and reversely sewn shirts is a common look for the luxurious street brand. Another signature design is using everyday items such as reflectors and lighters as heels.
Among all the funky heels released, it was Vetements Stabilo inspired shoes that broke the net. Blue and green highlighters were placed as heels on leather boots. It was an absolute rave! But since boots aren’t something to wear for all seasons, we found a better alternative - the Vetement highlighter mules. These slip-on heels are a good mix of ultra chic with a cool urban appeal. You can easily pair it up with absolutely anything, from denims to skirts or go all out fashion-forward and match them with statement socks. However you play around with the mules you’ll always look downright stylish.
We love heels as much as sneakers, and for now, these Vetement mules are topping our wish list. Available colors are black with pink marker heels and gray with green heels. Other versions of the Vetements mules are the round toe textured mules with lighters heels.
