Nike x ACRONYM Presto Mid
Wednesday, 05, September, 2018

Nike x ACRONYM originally released their first rendition of the Air Presto Mids way back 2016. ACRONYM’s Errolson Hugh adds an ankle collar with a lateral zipper onto the Presto for easy wear, along with several overlay designs to give the pair a new identity, allowing the Nike x ACRONYM to be recognized for what it is today. Going beyond the usual colorways that we’ve seen, the shoes unexpectedly received massive recognition from sneakerheads alike, raising its resell value up to USD $1,250. 2 years later, Hugh returns with a new surprise as he unveils yet another collaboration with Nike.

For this year’s release, Errolson Hugh adds new graphic patterns that showcase three takes on ACRONYM’s “A” logo camouflage print, all on a new trio of color options namely, volt/white/black, blue/pink/white, and black/grey/black at a rumored retail price of USD $200. A surprise release was executed through the Nike SNKRS app last August 30th, later confirming the entire set’s release on September 20th through Nike SNKRS, ACRONYM, and select retailers worldwide.

The pair has also been awarded as Editor’s Choice for sneakers by Highsnobiety in their end-of-year Crown awards, making it another sought-after shoe by Nike! Neon colors have also been receiving a lot of love from sneakerheads and fashionable people alike, making it another hyped pair within the community. If you’re looking forward to cop this, you better get your bots ready – or better yet, your budget, as resell prices are being foreseen to be at at least a whooping Php 35,000. They’re only going up from here, so be sure to cop early!
