Nike Basketball gives the Hyperdunk 2017 a twist as they give it a global makeover. Taking design cues from basketball’s global capitals of New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Manila, Beijing and Madrid.
The Hyperfam Collection consists of New York hosting a blueprint map for their design. Los Angeles pays tribute to the city's scenery and the Drew League. Chicago honors Saieed Ivery, a Simeon High School graduate who unfortunately passed away in 2016. Manila's Tenement Court is immortalized onto a shoe with its cement-inspired uppers. The Emerald color is found in the Beijing themed Hyperdunk 2017 Low. Madrid highlights the city’s sunset timing. Every pair has a story.
Nike Basketball’s HyperFam Collection begins its rollout today and will continue until early August with specific launch dates listed on Nike’s official site.
