Fresh from the PH Exclusive Airmax 90's months ago, Staple remains to be on top of their game with the pigeon concept. Starting out from the Nike Dunk, it's a colorway that grew among tastemakers and sneakerheads alike.
Staple Design is celebrating its 20th year of existence with a collaboration with Dr. Martens, going for the 1461 3-eyed shoe, it is given a pigeon styled camouflage print instead of the usual urban camo pattern. The black and gray uppers are given the corresponding color pop by way of bright pink accents on the eyelets, back portion and the sockliners.
Jeff Staple, the man behind Staple Design has this to say: “The act of me sneaking out and going to the city was my act of rebellion and my Dr. Martens were right there with me.”
The Staple 1461 shoe is now available from the Staple Web Store and the Dr. Martens Online Store for $125.
