Comme des Garçon Homme Plus x Nike Dunk “Clear”
Friday, 13, January 2017

Japanese fashion house COMME des GARÇONS gets funky with their collaboration with Nike. Just as its namesake, the Nike Dunk High “Clear” features a transparent PVC toe box, tongue and side quarter panels. The premium black leather overlays and swoosh, along with its white glossy collar puts it together quite nicely. The sample pair of these translucent kicks first made debut last June during Paris Fashion week, but it’s only now that it’s getting some worth attention on social media all thanks to the Instagram post by @rakiiiiiiii.

We want to grab a pair for ourselves and go around with some serious sock game. Are only concern is the possible yellowing of the PVC upper, and yes – the moisture buildup from a whole day of looking awesome.

As of now, the COMME des GARÇONS X Nike Dunk High “Clear” is available in Japan. No official word yet on its global release but expect to shell out a hefty USD 320 for a pair.
